Return & Refund Policy
Given the highly personalized nature of our products, CDL generally does not accept returns or offer refunds for rugs that have been made to order and are in compliance with your approved design and color specifications. We encourage you to review and confirm all details before providing your final approval, as changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated after production has begun.
However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Therefore, CDL does accept returns and will provide refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Damaged Items:If you receive a damaged rug, please contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days of receiving the product. We will promptly arrange for a return, and upon inspection and verification of the damage, we will offer you the option of a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges.
- Defective Items:In the rare event that you receive a rug with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
